The undersigned supporters demand federal recognition of the 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution.

As an American, I call upon the federal government to recognize our duly ratified 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution — the Equal Rights Amendment — guaranteeing the equality of rights under the law regardless of sex.

The Equal Rights Amendment has met all ratification requirements outlined in the Constitution: two-thirds of Congress passed it in 1972, and in 2020, Virginia became the 38th and final necessary state to ratify it. Failure to recognize a fully ratified constitutional amendment threatens the integrity of our country’s laws and our democracy in its entirety.
